Change can come when you least expect it. Good, bad, unwanted or indifferent, there’s nothing you can do to stop things from changing. Earlier today I asked on Twitter for advice on how to deal with change. I got some interested replies… from “I don’t like change” to “change isn’t the problem, fear is”. You see, I’ve been working to make both minor and major changes in my life. From health and fitness to education and my career I’m starting to analyze those things and work on making them better. I’ve been in a rut for far too long and a few months ago I started working from home and today I find myself on the other side of a long needed decompression. As each day passes I start to see a bigger picture emerge and while I don’t yet see all of the pieces I know that I am actively working to bring change to my life.

A big part of change is learning to let go of fear. Fear is a powerful thing and is the reason most people don’t like to change, but once we are able to let go of fear, we open ourselves up to a world of endless opportunities.

The point of this message is to say that I’ve decided to relaunch this blog and to focus on some of the new and inspiring ideas that are swimming around in my head. Stay tuned.
